The difference between those who persevere and those who quit is mental preparation for what it takes to cross the success line.

It simply means embracing the worst that will inevitably come and have the resiliency to continue believing the best is yet to come.

I have dreams and aspirations, some have come to pass and others are yet to become a reality. What I have learnt from the dreams that have become a reality is what I would be sharing with you all today;

1) You’ll always have more opportunities.
Everyday comes with opportunities to fulfill that dream of yours, don’t beat yourself up just because you missed just that one,  a lot more are coming your way.

2) Be patient
If there is one thing I learnt in 2015, it would be patience. I tend to rush into things head on, but I realized with time that I have to be patient every step of the way in order to achieve my dreams.

3) Stop selling yourself short

4) Experiment, experiment, experiment
Try new things, broaden your horizon

5) Play a bigger game than yourself

6) Only compare yourself to yourself
When you begin to compare yourself to people around you, you begin to lose your personality and become a photocopy of that person. Just be yourself, Life is too short to be living another persons life

7) Embrace the lowest moments
Those times you have felt frustrated, sad, angry, or maybe you tried something and failed. Take a breath of fresh, smile, take a glass of wine, look for the lesson learnt in those moments, lift your head high and take over the world

8) Above all trust in God
